Mokalbari Kanoi Tea Company has been producing premium second flushes and Autumnals since 1917. The one thing about this garden that is not so well known is the way they treat their people. The company funds a lot of social programs for their employees, providing good schools for the kids, and providing medical facilities etc. This kind of social awareness has given Mokalbari a good name within the community, and gives us a reason to patronize their teas.
The teas produced in this garden are know for to produce rich malty flavor, and outstanding golden color. Perfect with a dash of milk or cream, you will not go wrong with a can of this tea in your pantry. You can use a little of this tea and combine it with a Darjeeling or Kangra Valley tea to create a unique blend of your own.

- Brewing Temperature: Assam teas are quite capable of withstanding boiling, so if you like strong tea, feel free to boil this tea till it comes to one boil. However best way to produce good flavor is by steeping the tea in water that has just been brought to a boil. This tea goes well with Milk as well.
